It was an amazing experience to see Jim live. I actually got to talk to him on two occossions and he is a real down to earth easy going guy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

His poetry was great the way he reaad it with such emotion, joy, and vigor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the New Years event he didn’t read any poems but he did do two songs with the band from his new album. The songs were the angel song and desert striking. Both were the top performances of the evening.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
